Grammarly Review – Better writing for free

As a blogger, I heavily rely on Grammarly. Even before I started to blog I was a user. I was referred to them by a coworker and at first, I didn’t think anything of it but since it was free I decided to give it a try. Now it’s installed on all my browsers on both computers and I even use the app on my iPhone. Grammarly has blown up over the last year or so and become extremely popular and for good reason.

What Grammarly does

Grammarly is a great grammar checking app that does spelling, grammar, and even provides suggestions to improve your writing. You can use Grammarly through their site or use one of the browser extensions to checks your writing while you work. They even have apps available for Windows, Mac, and your smartphones. It is your personal editor. If you have premium is also checks for plagiarism. Premium also offers genre profiles to check text based on a technical, fictional, or AP style criteria.

Grammarly costs

Grammarly is free to try and use, all you have to do is signup and download the extensions or apps. You can also just use their site and upload and work right there, then copy and paste or download your final document. They also offer a premium version that is loaded with features. The price ranges anywhere from $29.99 a month all the way down to $11.66 per month if you pay annually.

Grammarly free or premium

If you write a lot, I highly suggest using the premium service. It offers so many additional benefits and will make your writing much better. If you are a blogger, writer, student, or anyone writing for work or school, it’s a small price to pay to improve your written pieces. I think that everyone should at least use the free Grammarly service, there is no reason not to. It only takes a few minutes to sign up and install the software and within a few minutes of using it, you’ll be in love.
